Parent School Partnership

Parents are vital partners in education. They influence their children's attitudes about learning, and support learning at home. Educators and parents generally agree that positive, supportive and open relationships between home and school, parent and teacher are desirable.

The Summit School holds an Induction programme before the beginning of every session, where the parents are briefed about the curriculum and rules and regulations of the school. Regular PTMs are conducted to make the parents aware of their child’s progress. Special session with mothers are held at the pre-primary level to guide mothers in how they may support their children at home. To build a strong parent-school relationship, TSS has formed committees along with the parents. At The Summit school, our sincere effort is on building a positive parent-school relationship.
